300K Door Canvass, 100K Surveys in 5 Weeks

Team TSN developed and implemented one of Ohio's largest ballot issue canvasses. In 2009, TSN conducted variable data Voter ID and Persuasion surveys that were printed in remote canvass offices, for canvass team deployment. Within 24-hours of conducting the survey, our data entry team provided full reporting of the results to allow for a highly targeted Early Voting program. Our use of variable data surveys meant that our canvass teams could conduct surveys with variable scripts to better identify levels of support amongst gender and ethnicity. Because of the highly transient nature of voters during that time frame, our canvass teams were also able to target when voters had relocated.

Developers of Tracking of Asset and Personnel

With the growth of grassroots campaigns taking our company from a handful of employees to over 1500 in a matter of weeks, keeping track of the people, their work and our assets became a challenge. That changed when we developed a software solution tracks everything from job applicants, employees, staff hours worked, their work product as well as fleet, fuel and asset management. Our systems allow us to drill-down into a granular level to provide our clients the metrics they need for their internal and external reporting requirements. This system also let's TSN maximize time, resources and funding to improve our clients' chances of success.

Testimonials

"We had worked for two years at TRW to seek approvals for a retail development known as Legacy Village which was to be located on part of our Headquarters' property. Our efforts to have the property rezoned were met with intense, well-funded opposition from areas of the community closest to the project. Our prospects of success looked dim to say the least as we faced an initiative campaign to amend the City Charter, followed by a citywide vote on the rezoning. We were successful in both the effort to defeat the charter amendment and pass the rezoning. There is absolutely no doubt that our success resulted from the extraordinary efforts of our campaign and public relations consultants. The Strategy Network's team put together a remarkable effort."
