Banking Your Vote Early

We have a proven program that is scalable for your campaign. Our early Voting Program relies on day-to-day management of voter files, to allow you to contact voters pro actively as well as reactively weeks in advance and as late as the weekend before of Election Day. This program allows you to provide supporters Vote-By-Mail (VBM) applications (pro actively), as well as track those who request a ballot without your urging.

Our Early Voting program consists of several components to enhance the effectiveness of the overall system. The program includes:

ID Calls
We develop a Voter ID script to determine the voters' level of support. This information is then used to communicate with supporters to educate them about their right to Vote-By-Mail.

Vote-By-Mail Applications
We develop applications that are eye catching and relevant to the voter. This includes Direct Mail literature that can be mailed to the supportive voters or a Door Hanger literature piece that can be hand delivered during a door-to-door canvass. Our tracking program allows us to know when a voter has requested and when they have returned a ballot. This knowledge allows us the ability to implement chase calls and other forms of communications to encourage action from the voter.

Phone Chase
Before and after mailers are sent or door hangers are hand delivered, our program will precede and chase the pieces to encourage the voter to read the literature and take action (i.e. apply for the ballot or return the ballot in a timely fashion). Voters have real life issues they must face each day, a simply reminder via the phone can mean the difference between winning and losing.
