Phone Programs

Reach-Out & Touch Someone...

If you want to reach hundreds or even thousands of people very quickly, consider using our proven Neighborhood Phone Program (NPP). With this program you can identify, motivate and activate supportive people or households in a relatively short period of time. We develop scripts, and oversee the execution of the phone calls, then analyze the data from the calls to better position you or your project/issue.

Our firm utilizes Neighborhood Phone Programs to better pinpoint supportive, neutral and opposing households during a grassroots or ballot issue campaign. The information we collect from our various phone programs are stored in a database and utilized throughout a Comprehensive Communications effort and becomes the backbone of a strong communications effort (i.e. address labels, telephone numbers and Direct Mail). With this data, we can ultimately better control a number of factors - calls/letters to local elected officials for support, crowd building for commission/committee meetings, circulation of petitions, letter to the editor programs and so forth.
Our program can be broken into several measures:

Auto ID Call With Press 1Technology
When we place the calls to your target groups, we are delivering a message and asking the people to take action. The action is to press 1 to register interest in what we are saying. When they do so, we measure the level of interest, and provide them a number of ways to become involved. This can include becoming a general supporter, a volunteer, a strong supporter who wants to lead a team of volunteers and so forth. The longer the program runs, the greater the effectiveness. During this level of the program, phone calls are placed to a community or your group's members to identify those who support, oppose and are neutral with regards to your issue or measure. This important first step allows us to determine those we can motivate to support you or your project/issue.

Live Calls: Those who do not respond to the Auto ID call (above),a live call with either paid operators or volunteers can re-contact the voter. The volunteer component can be generated in your own phone bank or via our Web Based Communications program that will allow volunteers to Phone Bank from the comfort of their homes. Motivational Calls: Those who are neutral of somewhat unsure or have demonstrated moderate opposition to you or your project/issue during the ID Calls (above) are re-contacted during this level of the phone program. Our phone center will test new message points in an effort to provide the motivation for the person being called to move your direction.
Activation or GOTV Calls: Those who indicated support for you or your project/issue during the calls above will receive phone calls to activate them for meetings, hearings, events, or elections. This phase of the program can be utilized in 2 or more rounds to heighten its effectiveness.

Scripting
Working with you, we develop effective scripts, consider various voices to consider gender, tone and so forth to determine the best voice or voices to carry your message. To maintain effectiveness, we will adjust the message and delivery depending upon the environment (i.e. testing the impact of our message and considering how (if applicable) other entities or organizations are impacting our messages.

Reporting and Accountability
A strong believer in metrics and accountability, we provide clients regular updated reports regarding the programs impact and effectiveness. The data from the calls can then be transmitted to for additional communications and outreach (i.e. Direct Mail, Door-to-Door Canvassing, Phone Call Programs, Web Communications, etc.).

Virtual Community Calls (Tele Town Halls)
This tool is useful for incumbency protection, to getting your message out and equally as important, to learn the concerns from constituents and various communities. This is a two way communications tool that allows you the chance to generate an audience of dozens to thousands through our Auto Calls with Press 1Technology (see above). The callers can be provided an online web portal to allow them to either see you (if you want a video connection), and or to see what you are presenting as well as to provide ask their questions. This forum can be utilized before or after a live Town Hall forum, and can be followed-up with Direct Mail and chase phone calls to ensure your message is delivered, and to generate greater interest and to collect important data.

This form of communications can have a moderator of your choosing and includes training of the system. We can also provide our services as moderator should you choose.

Surveys
Using our Auto Call programs, we place calls to obtain information from people and utilize push button technology to allow callers to register their level of interest regarding various questions, issues as well as provide us valuable demographic information (i.e. gender, age, etc.) that will better help tailor messages for your campaign. Participants' responses are measured to give us a better understanding of who supports and issue or candidacy and why. Live calls can augment or supplant the auto calls at any time.

Crowd and Organization Building
Event planning and organization building just got a little easier. Chase Calls
As the name implies, these calls follow an action. Because people are busy with real life issues, they often require a polite reminder of activities or events. Our Chase Call programs are extremely useful in Vote-By-Mail Programs, Get-Out-The-Vote programs, Crowd Building, Organization Building and even Fundraising. These calls are scripted, and developed with you to ensure we have the proper message and voice (gender, etc.).
