Grassroots Web (G-Web)

The internet is an awesome tool for campaigns and grassroots efforts. We have several tools at the ready that can help you harness the effectiveness and power of the web quickly and cost effectively. Our grassroots web Programs (G-Web) let you reach targeted audiences to drive your message, interact with constituents, consumers and the general public. With G-web, you can provide 2-way communications that until recently was not fully available to local or statewide campaigns. This inter activity gives you the ability to move quickly while ensuring your audience remains informed and involved in the process.

G-Web Phone Banking
You saw this during the Presidential Campaign, where people with an internet connection and a phone were able to phone bank from their homes, and you wondered, "How'd they do that?" Here's how:

Our phone system allows your campaign or grassroots effort to launch and inset the phone bank interface into your website. When a user enters their phone number into your portal, they receive a call from our system. On their screen will be a script that they can utilize to drive your message. The caller then is placed on hold and our system places the calls to voters in their area or in the area in which the campaign is being conducted. During the call, your volunteer will see the name of the called party and have the ability to log their answers. When the called party terminates the call, your phone bank volunteer remains on the call and we queue up another call. These call can go on as long as the volunteer wishes to participate in the call program.

Should the volunteer require a break, they log off from the system and come back when they are ready to make more calls. The cost to the volunteer is only cost of their phone service provider. There are no long distance charges.

G-Web Button
You want to expand the use of your existing or future website and/or email system by giving people more than an at home Phone Bank? With G-Web, the sky's the limit. G-Web Button allows you to place a button on your website and within your email to link people to one another. Here's how it works:

A user receives an email or sees the G-Web Button online. They click the button and are asked for their phone number. Once they provide the number, our system can:

• Deliver a tailored message from you or someone of your choosing.

• The caller can be offered any number of services which can include:

  • Survey to state their interests, concerns as well as demographic information,

  • Increase participation in an event (Crowd Building) and or to broaden your organization's base (Organization Building),

  • Patch thru the caller to your campaign to speak to a volunteer, and

  • Utilize for Rides to the Polls during your GOTV effort.
